The suites occupy separate floors and due to the east/west orientation of the building, benefit from optimum natural daylight. Suites are available on a full inclusive licence basis terminable after three months, on one month's notice. The licence fee includes business and water rates, electricity and heating, furniture, telephone system, handsets and line rental, serviced reception and telephone answering, voice mail, cleaning, maintenance and repairs, and building insurance.
The building has been flood wired to privide three category 5 outlets per workstation to accommodate networking or telecoms as required. The comms room has ISDN (voice) and ISDN (data) and ADSL broadband for immediate use.
