We are an unbranded period building on the Belgravia side of Victoria. The serviced office suites range from 206 sq. ft. to 550 sq. ft. and prices start at £1,800 a calendar month.

We generally price per suite but the monthly starting tariff for 2021 is £900 ex vat a person on a cost inclusive basis covering all business rates, utilities, services, reception save for telecoms usage (charged at BT rates) and £99pcm per suite for internet facilities.
We generally grant licenses for a rolling 3 months so 3 months is the minimum. Should the licensee continue beyond 12 months subject to the market conditions we generally just apply an Retail Price Index uplift at each successive anniversary.
The building has two meeting rooms a large boardroom accommodating 12 and a small meeting room accommodating 4. The monthly license fee includes 4 hours pcm of conference room use per suite.
As the building is low density the service and support is personal and access to meeting rooms is readily available. Occupants have a brass name plate at the entrance.
