Number 28, Victoria specialises in office space for businesses and individuals that rely on their information kept secure. This is especially important for financial businesses and companies handling sensistive data.

You are provided with a fully alarmed and secure unit inside of Number 28. As well as a dedicated and secure telephone line, and custom wifi and wired internet access.

We own the building

Number 28 has been owned by Garner Hutchings since 1997. We are an experienced service provider of 4 suites of 8 - 10 workstations and 2 suites of 6 - 8 workstations.

The ground floor is used for a managed reception and shared meeting rooms which can be booked by the occupants.

Ready to go

Number 28 offers a ready to go premises. You just turn up, plug in your computers and are fully operational much more quickly and easily than through leasing conventional office space.
